Dear C.C.Catering, Thank you for your thoughtful service to our family in December. Your staff that day were quick to answer any of our needs without complaint. Most of the time they were one step ahead of us. Many people praised the good quality of the food. My sister, the queen of the green bean casserole, gave your recipe the highest marks. Andy or Tim, It was in January '99 that I first talked to you about catering our family reuinion for May. Tha date has come and gone, but your excellent food and service that day for our picnic was perfect, and I want to thank you for a very successful picnic luncheon which we all enjoyed! We had selected the Buffet Sample menu and it was a perfect choice for our group. Each entree was especially good and the Sauerkraut and Kielbasa extremely popular. The young woman in charge of serving the buffet table did an exceptionally good job of keeping eveything neat and attractive to the very end. She was pleasant to work with and even kept the tables cleared of dirty plates. Gentlemen: This letter is in appreciation of the outstanding service you gave us at our CBIVA meeting in February. We had many compliments on your handling. The food was not only ample but prepared in such an excellent manner as to bring not one complaint. As proof of this it was a delight to see how many of our people returned for seconds. Thay also catered and employee's wedding serving over 250 guests and did a great job. They provide excellent food and service.
